Are you unsure of your major and dream career? Maybe you just need some inspiration to help you stay motivated. Come to the Dream Share Project Workshop April 19th 4-5:30 pm in Career Services room 115. We will be viewing the documentary about chasing dreams, and offering a short workshop to give you some practical steps along the way. Please RSVP to enrank@ucf.edu if you plan to attend. This workshop will feature a screening of the The Dream Share Project and an intensive discussion on discovering one’s dreams. Students will have the opportunity to participate in an exercise on leadership to related to our future series of workshops. The workshop will take place in Career Services & Experiential Learning (CSEL) room 121.

The creators of The Dream Share Project documentary film and workshop will be on campus! The Dream Share Project film is a documentary that follows two recent college graduates on a cross-country road trip as they interview successful people who have pursued their dreams - entrepreneurs, activists, artists, athletes, inventors, etc. Along the way, the film explores topics like: how to discover one’s passion, commit to a dream, deal with setbacks, and redefine success.

Career Services, First Year Advising, and Department of Housing and Residence Life will be hosting The Dream Share Project on March 18th at 6:30pm in the Academic Village Courtyard.

This program is aimed to help you discover your passion. There will also be free food! Bring a blanket and a friend!

How to Make a Living Doing What You Love

Are you undecided in your major or are looking for encouragement to make the final leap in fully pursuing your dream? Career Services and First Year Advising will be hosting The Dream Share Project on March 19th at 6:30pm in the Academic Village Courtyard. Chip and Alexis, founders of the Dream Share Project, will be showcasing their documentary and sharing their experience of finding the meaning of following their dreams. This program is aimed to help you discover your passion. There will also be free barbeque!

Students that attended the Dream Out Loud Workshop were treated to an inspiring presentation by the founders of The Dream Share Project and delicious donations from Barducci's Italian Grill, Del Taco, Topper's Creamery, Wing Zone, Mellow Mushroom, Jersey Mike's Subs, Jimmy John's, Subway and Smoothie King. Thanks to all students that attended, we hope that you will continue to follow your dreams, no matter how big they might be! Your opportunities are endless here at UCF, make sure that you are using the best resources and schedule an appointment with your advisor or career counselor so that you can stay on track.
