Due to Hurricane Irma, Peer Tutoring and Supplemental Instruction for Thursday, September 7 have been canceled. ACE appointments after 12:30 p.m. have also been canceled.

The SARC Lab will be open from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. for quiet study.

In a campus that's comparable to a small city, it's easy for students to become overwhelmed by the monumental task presented to them: to graduate with their desired degree.

Study Union is here! SARC has moved services to the Student Union to hold 88 final review sessions before final exams. Click above for the full schedule. You can download reviews for any of the sessions here.

Study Union is here! During finals week, SARC relocates its services to the Student Union, holding nonstop review sessions before final exams. A number of sessions will also be live streamed via the SARC YouTube and posted for later viewing.

Sessions run from Saturday December 3 - Thursday December 9. The full schedule is here. You can find review materials for your sessions on the Study Union Google site, and you can also view the schedule and the website via the UCF App.

SARC is now live streaming select workshops! The next one, 'Staying Ahead of the Game: Avoiding Procrastination,' will be streamed via the SARC YouTube on March 24 at 1:00 PM EST. It will also be captioned for the convenience of our viewers. The handouts that will be used can be downloaded at SARC Online.

The Project A+ Graduate Assistant (GA) is a 20-hour per week position reporting to the Coordinator of Supplemental Instruction (SI) at SARC. The GA will assist the Coordinator in the day to day operations of SI at SARC.

SARC has partnered with the UCF Foundation and the Student Union to offer over 70 review sessions during finals, held in the Student Union. Each review is facilitated by a knowledgeable SARC Peer Tutor or Supplemental Instruction Leader.

Sessions start on Monday, April 21 and run through Sunday, April 27. Sessions held in the Pegasus Ballroom will be streamed live and recordings will be posted online.

We are now hiring Peer Tutors for the 2014 Summer. This position is 4-10 hours per week, with positions available for Summer A, Summer B and Summer C.

Peer Tutors are responsible for leading a minimum of 4 hours of tutorial time per week for a specific course, communicating with course professors, participating in monthly training sessions, creating study hand-outs for students and participating in SARC events.

We are now hiring peer mentors for the 2014 Summer B term for UCF's Access Program, including the Pegasus Success Program and SOAR Program. This position is a 15-20 hour per week position from June 2014 through August 2014.

Peer mentors for the Access Program will be responsible for meeting one-on-one with freshman students once per week for 30 minutes per student, assisting students during certain events, facilitating college success skills and communicating with Access staff members (please see attached PDF for more details).

To apply, please fill out the Access Peer Mentor Employment Application completely and include a resume and cover letter. Applicants will be contacted by a SARC staff member if selected for an interview.
