Massage therapy services are now available through Student Health Services.

This is the same service that was offered by Wellness and Health Promotion Services. Services are still located in the AOD office, located at the back entrance of the Counseling Center. FreshU offers workshops, food demos, and other educational experiences to increase accessibility to fresh food, teach students to incorporate fruits and vegetables into their diets, and reduce food waste. You can find our Tower Gardens around the Student Union, RWC, and Housing.

FREE RAPID HIV SCREENING now available at Wellness and Health Promotion Services. Rapid Screening is done with a simple finger stick and results are available in 20 minutes. OraSure HIV testing is done with a swab of the mouth which is sent to a lab. Results are available in 2-3 weeks. To make an appointment call 407-823-5841.

Wellness and Health Promotion Services would like to make your lives' just a tad easier by providing a PRIVATE and CLEAN space for those of you needing a place to breast feed or pump during the day. We now have a room available, equipped with a boppy pillow, milk storage bags, sterilization kit and breast pads for your use. The facility is open to students and staff alike. Stop by our office on the first floor (Suite 111) of the RWC. Our entrance is across from the Leisure Pool.

AAA Tow to Go

The AAA Tow to Go service discourages an intoxicated driver from getting behind the wheel and risking the lives and safety of other motorists. Party Smart recommends you always choose a designated driver for a safe ride home. If your plan goes awry, don't drink and drive…call Tow to Go at (855) 2-TOW-2-GO or (855) 286-9246. The tow truck driver will take you, one friend and your car home (within 10 miles) whether or not you are a AAA member.

A Free Cab Home

The Safe Ride program provides UCF students with a free cab ride home. Students must have a Safe Ride voucher available at the SGA Ticket Center, to redeem their cab ride up to$35.

(SGA Ticket Center closed May 1- May 12; closed Sundays and on holidays so plan ahead)

Do The Knight Thing

To encourage students to “Do The Knight Thing” and call for medical attention for themselves or others who are severely intoxicated or in danger of harm due to alcohol abuse, UCF is implementing a new Alcohol Emergency Procedure beginning June 25.
